These terms apply to every digital service operated by PT BANK KRIDIT RAKYAT on the web and on Google Play.
These Terms (“Agreement”) govern access to PT Bank Kridit Rakyat’s (“the Bank”) website and official mobile apps (“Services”).
By using the Services you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree, please discontinue access immediately.
Product information for savings, lending, deposits, treasury, and partnerships.
Online submission portals (secure.bankkriditraykat.biz.id), release center forms, and public reports.
Android apps published on Google Play by the developer “PT BANK KRIDIT RAKYAT”.
Associated digital content such as publications, promotional material, and notifications.
You are at least 17 years old or otherwise legally capable under Indonesian law.
You have the authority to enter into banking agreements.
You meet any additional requirements for specific products, including KYC/KYB checks.
You must keep credentials, OTP codes, and any security information confidential.
The Bank may suspend or terminate access upon detecting suspicious activity.
Report security incidents to contact@bankkriditraykat.biz.id without delay.
Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities.
Using the Services for activities contrary to banking regulations or public order.
All logos, designs, text, and code are owned by PT Bank Kridit Rakyat unless stated otherwise.
No copying, distribution, or modification is allowed without written permission.
Submitting an application via the website or app does not guarantee approval.
The Bank will verify data and perform risk analysis according to policy.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Administrative fees, interest, and taxes are disclosed in product documents.
You are responsible for tax obligations under applicable law.
The Services are provided “as is”. The Bank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party access beyond its control.
The Bank remains bound by mandatory banking obligations and regulators’ requirements.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, war, or government actions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if unresolved they may be escalated to competent courts or arbitration per regulation.
The Bank may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and/or within the apps.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
